We are delighted that you have chosen to spend your time away with us here in Gallzein. To ensure that all our guests feel completely at home and that the holiday home remains a beautiful place to relax for future visitors, we kindly ask you to observe our house rules. They are not intended to restrict you, but rather to ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for everyone.

1. Arrival & Departure (Check-in & Check-out)

• Flexible Check-in: The property is available to you from 3:00 PM onwards on your day of arrival. Thanks to our contactless smart lock system (PIN code check-in), your arrival time is entirely flexible, and checking in late at night is absolutely no problem. You will receive your access details well in advance.
• Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10:00 AM at the latest. This gives our cleaning team enough time to prepare everything perfectly for our next guests.
• Special Requests: If you require different arrival or departure times, please let us know in advance – we will do our best to accommodate your requests wherever possible.

2. Occupancy, Visitors & Parties

• Maximum Occupancy: The house is designed for a maximum of 9 individuals. The agreed number of guests must not be exceeded without prior consultation.
• Visitors: Day visitors are generally welcome. However, overnight stays by additional, unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Gatherings: The holiday home is a place for rest and relaxation. Parties, events, or large celebrations are strictly prohibited in order to preserve the peace within the house and the neighborhood.

3. Quiet Hours & Consideration

• The holiday home is situated in an idyllic, quiet residential and natural area.
• Please respect the nightly quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• During this time, we kindly ask you to keep the volume of conversations and music to a minimum – particularly out on the terrace and in the garden.

4. Smoking & Pets

• Non-Smoking Property: A strict non-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes and vapes) applies throughout the entire building. Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the terrace. Please use the ashtrays provided there and do not discard cigarette butts in the garden or the surrounding nature.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the holiday home. As we wish to keep our accommodation clean and safe for allergy sufferers, we appreciate your full understanding in this matter.

5. Kitchen & Amenities

• General Care: Please treat the house, its inventory, and the outdoor areas with the same care you would show your own home.
• Kitchen & Ventilation: We recommend airing out the kitchen thoroughly after cooking to ensure that moisture and cooking odors clear out effectively.
• Tiled Stove (Kachelofen): The traditional tiled stove provides a cozy Tyrolean atmosphere. Please use it strictly according to the provided instructions and never leave an open fire unattended.

6. Garden, Terrace & Grilling

• The garden, terrace, and grill are fully available for your enjoyment.
• Please exercise extreme caution when using the grill, prioritize fire safety, and ensure the grill is left clean after use.
• The adjacent forest invites you to unwind – please treat the natural surroundings with respect and do not leave any waste behind.

7. Waste Separation & Cleanliness

• Although the final cleaning is included in your stay, we kindly ask you to leave the holiday home in a tidy condition.
• Please use the provided bins for consistent waste sorting. This helps us conserve resources and protect the environment sustainably.

8. Security & Absence

• Locking Up: Please ensure all external doors are locked whenever you leave the house. In case of absence or approaching bad weather, please check that all windows are completely closed.
• Fire Safety: Candles and open flames must never be left unattended. The installed smoke detectors are there for your safety and must not be covered, removed, or deactivated under any circumstances.

9. Damages & Accidents

• Small mishaps can happen in everyday life. Should anything get damaged or if an appliance stops working properly, please simply inform us briefly and promptly. Open and fair communication allows us to resolve the issue quickly before the next guests arrive.
